Beaglebone Range finder (GP2Y0A21YK0F) ROS package

I had around a GP2Y0A21YK0F sensor so i decided to hook it up and create a simple ROS package to publish the information to a ROS Topic called /gp2y0a12_raw. The bitbake recipe to cross-compile this package is also available here.

The package simply illustrates how to use the adafruit-beaglebone-io-python library to use the BeagleBone ADCs capabilities.

 

Issues #134 and #130 have clarified how to set up the machines properly so that ROS can communicate outside of the Bone.
